Along with all DDLETB schools, Firhouse Community College has now moved from VSware to Tyro as our student management system. As a result, VSware is no longer in use in Firhouse CC, and we ask that you please delete the VSware app from your device if you currently have it installed.
Tyro provides a very user-friendly experience for parents and students, offering easy access to school information, attendance records, reports, communications, and other important updates through a modern and secure platform.
To support this transition, we recently asked families to update their email addresses where necessary. These updates have now been completed on the Tyro system, and we would like to thank everyone who assisted us with this process.
You should now have received an email invitation to activate your Tyro parent account and your child's profile. This invitation has been sent to the primary parent/guardian email address on record. If you cannot find the email in your inbox, please check your Junk or Spam folder. If you have not received an invitation, please contact the school office. Please note that this email address will also be your Tyro username.
Accessing Tyro
To access Tyro, you will need to download the Tyro app. Alternatively, you can access the platform through your web browser at app.tyro.school. Attached are step-by-step instructions to help you set up your account.

Accessing End of Term Reports
1st, 2nd and 5th year reports are now available to view on Tyro. Parents/Guardians can access their child’s assessment information by logging in to the Parent Portal. Please click here for guidance on accessing these features.
We will share further information on how to use Tyro's features, including attendance monitoring, communications, and other key functions.
